There are a number of exciting opportunities for full-time Administration Managers within the Outpatient Clinical Service Unit as follows
1) Rheumatology, Neurology, Immunology & Allergy Admin Manager
2) Diabetes, Endocrinology, Metabolism, Specialist Medicine Day Unit and Covid Medicines Delivery Unit Admin Manager
3) Main Outpatient Admin Manager
The post holders will be responsible for the management of defined A& C staff within the above specialties, alongside ensuring that a comprehensive, high quality and efficient administrative service is provided. In addition to this, the post holders will provide operational support to the medical and nursing teams and work closely with the OCS Scheduling Team to ensure the delivery of RTT and other key performance indicators are achieved. Please note that the post holder supporting Rheumatology will be required to travel to North Manchester General Hospital to support A& C staff within their remit.
The successful post holder for Main Outpatients will provide support to the Ops Manager for the weekly 642 process, attending/taking notes and actioning queries. They will work closely with the nursing team and provide a positive experience for patients/clinical staff who use the department. They will also line manage defined A& C staff within the Outpatient CSU who support the Reception Function for 4 different areas.
The CSU are looking for self motivated, enthusiastic individuals who thrive in very busy environments!
