Due to recent expansion and as part of significant investment into Digital and Data Services at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT), various exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Data Services team.
We are seeking to recruit a reliable, organised and passionate individual to Data Services team as a Divisional Analyst. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of reporting and analysis including statutory returns, national and local key performance indicators, and performance monitoring. This includes running reports and analysis of all Trust dats to include for example, Trust referral activity, RTT indicators, service waits, National returns and data from various clinical information systems. Working in direct collaboration with clinical services, the successful candidate will become the expert in their associated division, supporting decision making as well as performance monitoring
Specialised technical skills and analytical skills are required for this post, along with knowledge and experience of working in an Information team, understanding Information Standards and performance targets.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for supporting the management and improvement of the Trust's Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) while offering support to Divisional Managers, Clinical Directors and Business Managers in understanding all aspects of reporting formats, their importance and use for their service related KPI's
This role is required to proactively analyse information using a range of tools and data tyes in order to support operational managers in data-driven decision making often dealing with complex relational datasets
This role will be required to apply statistical and analytical techniques to a varied range of data sets to identify and inform potential insight to help inform strategical decision making
This role will be required to liaise and work with other corporate and clinical departments to help develop a range of clinical and business analytical reports for all Divisions across the Trust as required.
Make recommendations about performance of specific contracts, including proposing, developing and introducing new components for monitoring these contracts.
In collaboration with other teams across the Trust this role will be able to present performance findings and statistical information in an appropriate medium within senior forums or local staff groups, ensuring an understanding of the data is presented and supports an effective action plan where performance improvement is identified

There will be the need on occasion to provide support to and deputise for the Team Co-ordinator, in a range of internal and external forums, with the expectation of maintaining a professional and supportive presence, even in often challenging environments.
This role will be required to apply statistical and analytical techniques to a varied range of data sets to identify and inform potential insight to help inform strategical decision making
This role will be required to liaise and work with other corporate departments to help develop a range of clinical and business analytical reports for all Divisions across the Trust as required.
Ensure business continuity this role will assist in the production of an overarching work plan for the Team, they will also be required to work on specific work streams and be the designated contact for certain divisions and projects as well as picking up others when required.
Make recommendations about performance of specific contracts, including proposing, developing and introducing new components for monitoring these contracts.
In collaboration with other teams across the Trust this role will be able to present performance findings and statistical information in an appropriate medium within senior forums or local staff groups, ensuring an understanding of the data is presented and supports an effective action plan where performance improvement is identified.
Communicate any changes and updates to its immediate colleagues both formally through supervision and informally through regular working contact.
Create, maintain and manage the processes required to support monitoring of Performance KPIs and operational management as well as identify reporting tools to support services to strive for service improvements that at least meet or exceed statutory requirements.

- Evidence of continuous professional development in the form of courses or similar in areas related to data analysis,management and communication.
