Main duties of the job
The roles will involve working in busy, challenging and rewarding environments in Community settings, in line with the overall objectives of the service
Early Intervention Community Team (EICT)
As part of the Integrated Provision, the post holder will work in partnership with the EICT in the prevention of inappropriate hospital admission, the facilitation of hospital discharge and the provision of home based treatment in line with the overall objectives of the service.
A car driver and access to a vehicle are essential for EICT
