Band 6 Advanced Theatre Practitioner (Urology Theatres)
PLEASE NOTE: This is a part-time post for 19 hours per week (two x 9.5 hours shifts per week).

Becoming a member of urology theatres senior practitioners' team will enable you to further develop both your clinical and leadership skills.
In theatres we provide a supportive learning environment, where all staff are encouraged and supported to further develop using the educational and experiential learning opportunities available depending on your chosen career path.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for innovative and enthusiastic individuals with good clinical decision making and excellent communication skills to join our friendly team. In return we offer ongoing learning opportunity and support towards continuous professional development.
You will also have the opportunity to work across other theatre specialties and further develop your skills across our clinical, education and leadership pathways.
The successful candidate will demonstrate considerable urology and robotic surgery knowledge and will be able to work in a pressurized environment. The ability to demonstrate effective leadership is essential.
