The Physiotherapy Department is a dynamic, friendly and cohesive department and we are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious individual to work within our Hospital Outreach Support Team (HOST). The HOST team support patients who have been discharged from the hospital to continue to reach their goals within their own homes. They provide a range of advice and support including return to function, outdoor mobility and care of patients with orthopaedic collars and braces. The role has exciting opportunities for MDT working and skill development, particularly with occupational therapists.
We are looking to recruit an experienced band 5 or current band 6 physiotherapist for a part time position.
You must have experience within the NHS preferably within the acute setting and also be a car driver.
There is a requirement for flexible working as the service currently works over 7 days working week including bank holidays using a rostered system.
Excellent team working, communication and innovation are essential within this busy, dynamic department.

To provide physiotherapy to relevant patients within HOST, in a range of settings including inpatients, outpatients and patient homes.
