We have a permanent Band 6 vacancy and also a 12 month fixed term contract.

Main duties of the job

This role will provide professional HR support on workforce interventions and projects. You will work closely with the divisions, and will link in with managers providing them with coaching and guidance to support them in dealing with complex people issues.

You should have the ability to pro-actively lead and support projects be able to analyse, interpret and present workforce information to inform divisional priorities and workforce projects be adaptable and able to adjust to the changing work environment and different ways of working suggest new initiatives and develop resources.

You will be required to have a degree or equivalent, be a fully qualified member of the CIPD as well as having a broad and comprehensive 'people' experience and knowledge base gained preferably in a generalist HR setting within a unionised environment.
