We are looking for an exceptional and inclusive leader to join our award-winning and values-based Trust as Executive Director of Quality, Nursing and Healthcare Professionals.

Job responsibilities

As an Executive Director of the Trust, this post has Board level responsibility for the professional leadership of nurses and healthcare professionals across all of the organisations services. The post-holder is responsible for providing clinical advice to the Board of Directors and for directly managing the clinical and quality governance structures and processes in collaboration with the Medical Director to ensure clinical practice is optimised and risk is minimised at a corporate, Division, and service level
