We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Radiographer to join our Imaging team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The post is based at Charing Cross Hospital.
The post will give you the opportunity to build on and consolidate your clinical skills in all areas of the General Imaging Department as well as CT. Education and training are key elements of the department.
The Imaging Department at Charing Cross Hospital performs a comprehensive range of procedures over all modalities with both clinical and research work being undertaken. Being flexible and innovative in your ways of working will be fundamental to your role and good communication skills are essential.
Main duties of the job
As a band 5 radiographer you are tasked with providing a high standard of clinical work when carrying out radiographic procedures.
You're tasked to:
To carry out radiographic examinations across a range of modalities to the agreed standard of the department.
To maintain a high standard of patient care and comfort and be patient focused at all times.
To work in an efficient and effective manner at all times.
To appear on duty promptly and appropriately dressed and behave in a professional manner at all times.
To plan, prioritise and organise own workload.
To teach and support student radiographers in their learning.

- BSc(Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent
- Health Professions Council Registration
