• oRGN, Project 2000 Adult Branch, RN

Desirable

• oALS Instructor
• oENB 998or SLIP course
• oALERT certificate or equivalent
• oValid ALS provider certificate or willing to undertake
• oCritical Care Course ( ENB 100) or equivalent or relevant critical care experience including Steps competence
• oClinical Decision Making module at level 6 or equivalent experience / willing to work towards

Experience

Essential

• oSignificant continuous service experience in emergency care
• oTeaching and mentoring experience

Desirable

• oExperience of working in a Critical Care Outreach Team
• oExperience working in a changing environment
• oAudit experience

Knowledge

Essential

• oKnowledge of the NHS Constitution
• oKnowledge of the NHS England Guidance 'Understanding the new NHS'
