We are looking for an experienced, dynamic nurse to join our well established multidisciplinary team, working in a rural setting where the hospital is at the heart of the local community.

You will be a role model with experience of change management and a team player working with an experienced group of staff on the ward.
Main duties of the job
The post consists primarily of clinical care delivery and leadership, however there will be an element of managerial duties as the Deputy Ward Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients, managing and supporting staff and deputising for the Ward Manager.
As the ward cares for a range of patient need, you will need to have a wide range of experience across clinical areas, be an excellent communicator with demonstrable leadership potential eager to develop through experience and CPD which is encouraged and supported.
