This is an exciting opportunity to work within an innovative division which has many new services including the Enhanced Rehab Service.
Wolstenholme Enhanced RehabUnit is a 24 bedded community based enhanced care setting based within a purpose built single room environment.
You will be joining a well-established team and will be provided with a tailored supernumerary induction tailored to meet your needs. It is a requirement that you are able to multi task and prioritise your workload with efficacy. Excellent inter-personal communication skills are an essential requirement and the positive attitude and attributes necessary for a creative and forward thinking team member will be necessary
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the speciality of rehabilitation. Internal rotation, day or night duty considered.
You will be supported throughout with regular one to one supervisions and NMC Revalidation preparation and opportunities
Main duties of the job
The staff working on the unit are from a social and healthcare background with therapists/social workers and partner agencies working with an integrated and seamless approach.
Evidence of a genuine interest in nursing the older client group and focusing on person centred care is essential.
