A great opportunity has risen for a Registered Nurse to join our ward team at Tavistock Hospital.
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about working in the community hospital setting with a compassionate, patient-centred approach. We will support the successful candidate in their personal development and continued professional development.
We provide 24 hour care on rotational shifts within a friendly team committed to providing high quality patient care.
Previous demonstrable experience within a rehabilitation or older persons care setting is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
The successful candidate will work as part of the nursing team to provide high standards of care to ensure a positive experience to all patients.

Main duties of the job
You will co-ordinate, and deliver effective quality nursing care by assessing the needs, planning, implementing & evaluating the care for a group of patients.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
***Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.***
