We have an exciting Fixed Term/Secondment opportunity for an Operational Manager to support our Adult Long Term and Specialist Services.
You will provide clear leadership for service staff and directly line manage senior leads. You will provide assurance with regard to performance, quality and workforce objectives by monitoring services, being responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of care within services.
You will monitor service costs from allocated budgets to ensure the financial and non-financial resources are met and effective cost/time management is achieved.
You must be a qualified nurse or allied health professional with at least 3 years' experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
