There is an exciting opportunity for two Ward Sister /Charge Nurse to work in Trauma Orthopaedics at Salford Care Organisation
You will be working to support the manager and work alongside the team which includes nurses , trauma coordinators, doctors, therapists and specialist nurses.
As a Sister/Charge Nurse you will be involved in effectively supporting and leading staff to ensure high quality care is delivered at all times. You will undertake the Nurse in Charge role, coordinating, delegating and supporting the management and planning of nursing care whilst maintaining patient safety
You will be able to demonstrate high standards of care which is achieved through evidence based practice, evidence of continuing personal development and also have experience of managing teams and are willing to further develop your management skills.
