To support the Team/Ward Sister in providing a unified approach to high standards of patient care.
To support an environment that promotes excellence in evidence based nursing practice and development of high levels of clinical skills.
Work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
To act as co-ordinator for the ward with support from more senior staff.
