This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MSK) Physiotherapist to deliver workplace Health and Wellbeing Physiotherapy services to NHS staff. As part of a large Multi disciplinary team there is a range of opportunity to make a real contribution to the delivery of excellent and innovative MSK support.

We are looking for an experienced Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist who is motivated, approachable and pro-active, to join our progressive Occupational Health and Wellbeing team at RDUH.

The post holder will contribute to delivery of a Physiotherapy Triage self-referral service supporting the Trusts Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service. They will undertake their own clinical caseload, which will be flexible and may at times involve provision to other NHS or external clients.

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing first class assessment & advice to colleagues with a variety of both chronic and acute MSK disorders. You should be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge & evidence of CPD in MSK Physiotherapy & be prepared to contribute to our ongoing MDT and education programme

You will be responsible for managing your own patient caseload within a supportive & experienced team and there will be the opportunity to initiate and contribute to service development initiatives and be involved in regular audits.

As well as this there is a requirement to assess employees and offer fitness for work advice and recommendations to managers. Training can be provided for this.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
