An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the Management team for Trauma and Orthopaedics.
The post holder will be required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good standard of IT skills, be reliable and hardworking, and be able to work on their own and as part of the wider Directorate Team.
This post is fixed term for 6 months to meet the needs of the service.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be part of the Trauma and Orthopaedics management team, and will be responsible for the co-ordination, management and investigation of informal and formal concerns received by the Directorate, ensuring that they are dealt with positively, professionally and effectively and in accordance with the Putting Things Right Regulations.
To attend regular meetings with the Division's Complaints Team and provide updates and status reports on all open complaints .
To provide analysis of all concerns received for the Directorate, including themes and compliance against target.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
