An Apprenticeship Education Programme is an integrated work-based training and development programme, an excellent springboard to start your NHS career while gaining knowledge and competencies leading to a nationally accredited apprenticeship qualification and possible future career progression.
We are looking for enthusiastic people with a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, positive work ethic and good interpersonal skills. You will require willingness to work as a team, demonstrate motivation, be willing to learn and have the minimum required education.
Main duties of the job
Exciting opportunities have arisen for Digital Apprentices, within Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust the posts are available to anyone who is interested in working within an NHS Healthcare environment while completing an Apprenticeship qualification (15 month).
Successful applicants, on completion of their apprenticeship programme will be able to apply for digital vacancies within Northumbria Healthcare Trust, where their qualifications meet the requirements for the post, and will be guaranteed an interview.

Job responsibilities
Become prepared and knowledgeable within the working environment and work towards gaining a Level 3 Apprenticeship Digital Services.
To gain relevant work-based apprenticeship in a digital environment.
To assist in providing support for all IT Services, software and mobile devices throughout the Trust including installation of PC hardware, software and peripheral devices.
Investigate routine enquiries, queries from staff providing assistance & advice as required.
To order, install, and configure new IT equipment and services.
To manage and maintain documentation as appropriate to the role.
