An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Family Nurse working across the borough of Redbridge ensuring the quality delivery of the FNP programme in line with the licensing requirements.

The Family Nurse Partnership Programme (FNP) is a national, evidence-based programme that aims to improve the health and social outcomes for young expectant mothers and their babies from early pregnancy until their child is two years old. The programme must be delivered in accordance with the licence which requires faithful replication of all its core model elements and a high regard for quality.
There will be an expectation to attend a FNP residential training course

All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.High Cost Area Supplement - LondonThis post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of �4,313 and a maximum payment of �5,436 per annum pro rata).

- NMC Registered Nurse or Midwife
- Degree level or equivalent professional qualification X
- Willingness to undertake specialist post graduate training and be assessed on competence in clinical field following training

- Masters Level Education

- Has some knowledge of the research base of FNP
- National and local safeguarding policies
- Understand the difference between advice giving and motivational approaches
