** We are looking to recruit international Podiatrists to join our overseas recruitment programme**
An exciting development opportunity for either a newly qualified or experienced candidate, with demonstrable potential, to progress into an available Band 6 role. The development programme offers the successful candidate the opportunity, as a Band 5, to successfully work through & complete the competencies for Band 6.
We are looking for clinicians who wish to develop their skills in all aspects of Podiatry (high risk care, wound care, offloading /MSK, nail surgery) & work in a supportive team.
Our Podiatry services offer care to patients at risk who suffer from metabolic, vascular or neurological disorders, e.g. diabetes that place the lower limb in a compromised situation.
We will nurture you gradually, and we will ensure that you're not be thrown in at the deep end. We will work with you to build your clinical skills through regular support & supervision, and ensure that you start with routine work, until you are ready to take on new patients, wound care, nail surgery & offloading.
As part of our programme you may be entitled to receive

We may consider part time applicants or those keen on working 9-day fortnights.
All Podiatry staff are supported with regular supervision, preceptorship for newly qualified staff, annual appraisals, personal development plans & a comprehensive local and cooperate inductions.
Please note that this role will be working across Maidenhead, Windsor and Slough.

Main duties of the job
- This an exciting opportunity as Development Band 5 Podiatrist role progressing to Band 6 Podiatrist on successful completion of competencies.
- You will be required to assess, diagnose, develop and implement individual treatment plans for patients with a wide variety of clinical needs.
- Nail surgery sessions will be a requirement for this post
- Care will be provided in a range of Primary and Community settings, working independently and often in within a team
Working pattern + Service operating hours
- The Team's current operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 5.15pm but we encourage you to get in touch if you wish to enquire about flexible working
- It may also be possible to work 9-day fortnights whereby you complete your full-time hours over a 2-week window in 9 working days, providing you with a non-working day every fortnight
- Would consider part time applications for this post however a minimum of 30 hours per week would be required
