We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced improvement trainer and coach to join the Dudley Improvement Practice
We're doing some exciting work at Dudley with our continuous quality improvement programme and are looking for someone who enjoys training and supporting people to improve their work, services and experience for patients.
Would you like to put your coaching and facilitating experience to use to develop a trust-wide culture of continuous improvement?
You are highly motivated, with excellent communication, administration, presentation and customer service skills. You are someone who enjoys delivering exceptional projects the department can be proud of.
Due to the need to interact with, support and build relationships with staff and teams within the trust, you will be working onsite with our people in Dudley. There is very limited opportunity for home working.

- Training, coaching and supporting staff in their improvement activities and projects.
- Delivering training in the trust's Continuous Improvement method - Dudley Improvement Practice.
- Working with Improvement and Organisational Development to provide bespoke improvement and leadership workshops for teams and departments.
- Tracking and reporting improvement activity across the trust.
- Coaching individuals and small groups with their improvement projects.
