If you're looking for a role where you can support a child's progress from start to finish, helping them reach their targets and improving their quality of life, then look no further!

We are looking for a compassionate, experienced children's nurse to join our nurse-led Continence Service in an exciting Band 6 role! This is a great opportunity to develop a specialist skill set and become an expert in this speciality.

Why choose continence nursing?

We are a non-judgemental setting providing empathy and support working in a specialist, unique area. You will support children with the four continence areas: constipation, soiling and day / night wetting, removing the stigma and working with the child and their parents/ guardians to provide engagement and support on moving forward. You will create personalised treatment plans and follow these through with the child.

We will offer you opportunities to develop and grow with a range of CPD including shadowing, offsite training and regular supervision with your colleagues and our Paediatrician. This will enable you develop specialist skills to become an expert in the field.

We work Monday -- Friday core hours based at the Adelaide Health Centre in Southampton

If this sounds like the role for you then we'd love to hear from you!
