Ashby ward is an 18 bedded specialised Rehabilitation unit for people with physical disabilities, sited in Lincoln county hospital. Ashby ward is a Friendly ward that cares for male and female patients. .We are looking to recruit a caring, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our existing team. Ideal person must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide excellent care, excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Rehabilitation ward can be a stressful environment, therefore the role required innovative individual who can remain calm under pressure. They need to be able to demonstrate caring and compassionate nursing. The successful candidate needs to be flexible and able to work autonomously but also show be able to work effectively within the team. Previous experience in the health care setting would be an advantage but is not essential as United Lincolnshire offer a full induction programme and support.About usWhat's the hospital like?

Louth Hospital is set on the edge of the Wolds and serves the communities of Louth and the local area. It provides a number of services, including an outpatient department, diagnostic and surgical procedures, as well as a surgical ward.
