An exciting opportunity is available for you to join our People Experience team on a fixed-term or secondment basis for 12 months.
We are recruiting for a People Engagement Lead, a dual role, with the unique responsibility for the design, delivery, and evaluation of exciting People Engagement and Health & Wellbeing initiatives that positively transform the experience people have of working at our Trust.
Main duties of the job
People Engagement at our Trust is all about amplifying employee voice through mechanisms such as the annual NHS Staff Survey and National Quarterly Pulse Survey, but also through our bespoke, Your Voice Counts crowdsourcing platform.
You will also lead on reward and recognition, working to ensure all our people feel recognised and rewarded for their contribution, through a variety of formal and informal recognition tools.
Looking after our people is a significant part of our People Plan. In this role, you'll make sure that there is a comprehensive support offer that prioritises the mental, physical, social, and financial health of our people.
Working as an influential and credible partner to colleagues at all levels and professions across the Trust, you will be a subject matter expert on all things people engagement and health and wellbeing, communicating effectively to provide advice and opinions.
