Job summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Management Accounts Officer within the Wythenshawe, Trafford, Withington, and Altrincham (WTWA) Finance team. Based out of Wythenshawe Hospital with some cross-site working at Manchester Royal Infirmary, the Management Accounts Officer will support our Finance Team and hospital operational teams at this challenging but exciting time. If successful, you will be a key member of our Team with responsibility for the completion of monthend tasks and supporting operational managers with day-to-day budgetmanagement.

Main duties of the job

To provide information to the Senior Finance Business Partner and Deputy Finance Business Partner and support them in maintaining the Trust Directorate budgets.

To complete journals for financial month-end, while prioritizing according to materiality and therefore risk.

To be the key contact for budget-holders, providing them with robust information and advice and supporting them with day-to-day budget management.

To be responsible for ensuring that the Directorate budgets for which they are responsible are maintained to a high standard through robust communication with budget-holders.
