Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Analyst to join the ICT Services team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust as part of a project delivery team.
The successful candidate must have at least two years ICT experience in a technical role preferably within the NHS and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will be expected to:
o Be able to demonstrate that they are capable of building strong working relations with a wide variety of users at different levels of the organisation.
o Have a flexible approach and be able to work under pressure to achieve strict timescales on work.
o Have the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
o Be able to demonstrate an in depth technical knowledge of Windows 10, O365, multiple end user devices and mobile technologies together with a broad understanding of Software applications.
o A mixture of home and office based working with a potential for travel across the Trust to undertake the duties required.
o Resolving and managing tickets related to O365
o Support technical work streams such as new technology pilots, implementations and hardware deployments
o Contribute to technical & project documentation
o Undertake other project related tasks as required to support project delivery
