We are recruiting for a Project Manager who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to work to tight deadline and have a keen eye for details, experience of using Microsoft office packages is a big advantage.
No specific IT / PMO industry experience required but experience of working within a clinical setting would be highly advantageous for the role.
Main duties of the job
Within this role you will be delivering projects to agreed business outcomes within agreed time scales, budget and scope. You will be developing the project plan, deliverables and milestones to successfully deliver the business outcomes. As part of this role you will project manage and lead the delivery of clinical systems implementations which are part of the Transformation and Digital Strategy.
The successful individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and external partners.
This will involve the mapping and reporting of current service delivery requirements, resource provision and utilisation, income streams, operational performance data and processes.
