Accountable Lead within the Trust Retained Estates Service for Water Safety Management at the following locations:
The key requirements of the role will be to implement and manage and oversee a range of operational systems, relating primarily with regard to water systems across the above sites. To ensure estates operational compliance with regard to appropriate standards (PAM, CQC, Legislation, HSE advice, HTM's, ACOPs) and Trust Water Safety Group & Sub Group directives.
Main duties of the job
To be a 'Responsible Person' in line with HTM's for water systems and to ensure Authorising Engineers audits reviews and advice is acted upon. To Monitor remedial work requirements emanating from reports and actively ensure timely completion. Collate estates operational backlog schedules. Monitor compliance with regard to Water systems using dedicated software systems and expedite any requirements to fulfil. Ascertain the position of compliance for water safety against agreed KPI's and produce / present periodic reports indicating such, including cause / effect with recommendations to address any gaps

- Certificated training on building services plant and equipment
- Training/qualification in the Management of Water Systems to enable them to undertake the role of responsible person (Water) for the retained estate
- HNC or equivalent, or relevant experience and knowledge
