Job summary
The Program Manager will provide a lead role within the GMRH for supporting delivery of the various workstreams within GMRH and developing the Hub as a center of excellence in trauma-informed care regionally and nationally. The Program Manager will work closely with other members of the management team, in particular the Clinical Team Leader, to support the day to day operational management of the Hub as required.
The role provides program management expertise across the current and emerging work streams in GMRH to support continuous improvement in the delivery of Hub services and the ongoing development of the GMRH clinical, consultation and training role in support of the trauma responsive program across GM. The postholder will also play a key role in linking the GMRH with a range of transformational work streams, at a locality level, Trust level and within Greater Manchester, including engaging services, commissioners, stakeholders and other partners in this process.

Working with the Service Lead and Clinical Leads, the post-holder will provide leadership expertise and program delivery support to the current and emerging workstreams in the GMRH and linking them with the Trusts strategy, transformation program and Business Plan, including:

Additionally we host the Trusted Relationships services in each of the 10 complex safeguarding hubs in greater Manchester.
Due to mobilise in 2023 is the GM Sexual Abuse & Assault Service SAAS pathfinder.
