Job responsibilities
To assist in the updating and maintenance of the OH records using Cohort/Cority
Recording of clinical outcomes, observations and tests results
Participate in booking appointment as required
To demonstrate effective IT skills
Maintain confidentiality at all times
To be responsible for the ordering and maintaining of stock supplies to ensure safe storage, preparation and administration of vaccines in accordance with department processes, Trust policies and national guidance
To be responsible for the safe use and maintenance of equipment
To work independently and as part of a team
To maintain effective communication with all colleagues
To comply with the registration requirements of the NMC
To work within the scope of the NMC Professional Practice and Code of Conduct
To act in accordance with local policies and procedures as stipulated by the OH department, local Trust and external clients
To work to meet the objectives of the department, local Trust and external clients
To attend study days, courses and conferences as agreed
To act as a representative of the department as business and/or professional needs require
To undertake pre-employment screening

Your role will include the following duties
- To undertake clinical activities to include - vaccination clinics, health screening, case management, health surveillance work, environmental visits/risk assessments, attendance management, health promotion activities (and presentations), ergonomic assessments/training as required and become involved in corporate inductions or clinical projects as required.
- To use the Occupational Health database for the entering of clinical activity, ensuring that information is updated in a timely and accurate manner
- To ensure the effective delivery of a work protection immunisation programme for staff
