Job summary
We are currently seeking a Band 5 Resourcing Team Leader to join our proactive Resourcing team for a fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for leading the Team in all transactional and operational recruitment activities in line with the Trusts recruitment & selection policy, ensuring the end to end recruitment process is adhered to in line with the Trusts Policies and procedures and national guidelines and legislation.
Main duties of the job
You will be:
- able to act as mentor and team leader for all members of the resourcing team
- able to work within a fast paced, busy environment in an open plan, office setting;
- customer focused yet quality and results driven;
- an experienced NHS Resourcer with a working knowledge of NHS Jobs and ESR;
- pro-active, tenacious and have the motivation to succeed;
- able to communicate at all levels and work in partnership with the Trusts recruiting managers, building relationships, in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements;
- able to manage conflicting priorities and be a forward thinking individual.
