Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow Higher (ST6+/Senior) in Gynaecological Oncology at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to commence from 05 September 2023 until 03 September 2024.
Main duties of the job
The post is that of a Senior Registrar level doctor, to work with the Gynaecological Oncology team only for the entire duration of the post.
The post holder would be expected to support the outpatient hysteroscopy and colposcopy Service, look after Gynaecological Oncology inpatients as well as work with the team in theatres.
The post holder would be expected to take part in audits and attend regular M& M meetings.
The post holder would work as a part of a team of 5 Consultants, one sub-specialty Trainee, Senior and Junior Registrars as well as 7 Specialist Nurses.
In order to be considered applicants must meet the following essential criteria: completed basic training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology up to ST5 level or above.
Please note that this post does not carry Postgraduate Dean's approval or training recognition.
Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at point of application is required.
