Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Orthoptist to join our dedicated team of 3 Orthoptists, 2 Optometrists, 5 Ophthalmic Technicians and 6 Consultant Ophthalmologists.
Newly qualified and those who are due to qualify summer 2023 are welcome to apply for this permanent full time post.
Main duties of the job
It is a developmental post for a Band 5 through to a Band 6 specialist role. Full preceptorship and mentoring will be provided as required with a view to progression to Band 6 after one year if all competencies are met.
