Would you like to be part of a team dedicated to improving the care and treatment outcomes across a wide range of patients who live in Nursing and Residential homes within Coventry?

We currently have vacancies within our new Telehealth/ISPA team. We are a specialist team focusing on using telehealth technology to support residents who live within care facilities in Coventry.

We deliver support and advice for carers and patients. To improve the lives of older people living in Coventry. We work alongside GP's, Community Nurses, and the Urgent care team to monitor patients in their own home and help avoid hospital admission.

We welcome experienced qualified nurses who have a passion for Telehealth and would like to build on their knowledge and skills while leading a team of Telehealth practitioners.

Main duties of the job

To provide and monitor a caseload of patients via a Telehealth system. To lead on virtual ward rounds with each care facility.

Job responsibilities

Essential Requirements for this post:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or about to graduate
  • Able to plan, assess, and evaluate patient care.
  • Experience of working within the Telehealth Field
  • Flexibility, Motivated, innovative and committed to career progression.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle with business use insurance are essential. There is a daily requirement for driving either to and from patients homes or to a locality base.
