Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic nurse to join our progressive and vibrant team of established Advanced Cardiac Assessment Nurses. Individuals should be passionate about providing holistic care & support to patients with both new and existing cardiac conditions.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve working a full rota (24 hr shift pattern / 365 days), across acute in-patient and out-patient settings at UHNM.

The role involves undertaking patient assessment, developing and & implementing management plans including discharge. In addition the post holder is expected to participate in the development of education, training & clinical supervision of other staff and students. Candidates should have high clinical standards, excellent interpersonal skills & be committed to on-going personal and professional development in line with the four pillars of advance practice.
Applications from aspiring ANP are welcomed salary and banding will be dependent upon experience in this case.
