Job summary
We are looking for Salaried General Practitioner Clinical Leads to work in our 5 managed practises across ABUHB
You will lead and work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team, delivering high quality care to patients. The Clinical Lead role is paramount in further developing and shaping the service model for the practice.

The Role: We are looking for a GP Clinical Lead. We offer a very competitive Salary. You would be supported to:
We offer a generous relocation package and we are able to be flexible on your contract with full, part or portfolio contracts available. There is also a generous annual leave allowance, of 30 days per year, plus bank holidays.

- Lead the development and delivery contributing to the local population's health and wellbeing.
- Demonstrate innovation in the development of practice strategy and policy.
- Ensure adequate and appropriate supervision and mentoring for salaried and locum GPs working in the service.
- Promote the health and well-being of all staff within the practice through effective working practices and behaviours.
- Undertake all normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working in Primary Care.

- Enhanced check with barred list information, including an adults and childrens barred list check
Requirements:
- Evidence of successful leadership within a Primary Care environment.
- Full GMC Registration.
- Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice / Certificate Confirming Eligibility for General Practice Registration (CEGPR), or equivalent.
- Included on a Medical Performers List or eligible.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
