Job summary
The Division of Medicine are looking for an outstanding Business Analyst. Working alongside the Finance Business Partner and Head of Information, the post jointly leads on the development and provision of a comprehensive analytical function within the Division. Act as the joint professional lead within the Division, with a responsibility for providing analytical support to Directors, Clinicians, General Managers and other information users in the Division. This Analyst takes a lead role in bed modelling for the Trust.
Main duties of the job
The post holder provides analysis, interpretation and presentation of data and information to the Division, supports decision making, system reform and delivery of health care. This will include developing the collection and analysis of clinical, operational and performance data, and developing modelling tools to forecast demand and capacity. Joint lead on the management and development of Analysts within the Division.
To act as the joint lead for the Division in providing analytical support for all levels of management within the Division.
