Job summary
Are you an experienced in project support with proven experience in working closely with project teams, compromising of Trust senior management, clinical/non-clinical staff and external stakeholders? This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Programme Delivery Team working on the development of new learning disability assessment, treatment and rehabilitation beds for Lancashire & South Cumbria.
Working as part of LSCft Programme Delivery Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are adequately planned, resourced and support the team in delivering to a high standard, on time and within set budget.
Main duties of the job
The role offers a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, supporting the development of services, communicating with stakeholders, assisting with planning the delivery of current and new projects, organising meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, supporting events/workshops and updating project reports.
The post holder will be expected to support the Programme Delivery Team in the provision of locality, corporate and trust-wide programmes of work in various locations within Lancashire & South Cumbria.
This role requires an Individual to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and Interpersonal capabilities. You will be an exceptionally well organised individual, who is able to balance competing priorities.
