Divisional Project Manager - Division of Medicine, Diagnostics and Clinical Support Services
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Medicine, Diagnostics and Clinical Support Services for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Divisional Project Manager (Band 7). Please refer to the attached job description and person specification.
Main duties of the job
The Divisional Project Manager will have the overall management of a number of the Divisions Transformation / Cost and Quality improvement projects to facilitate, support, and monitor the delivery of projects across all areas of the Transformation plan. This role will also be required to carry out a wide range of duties delegated by the Divisional Operations Director and/or Deputy.
The successful post holder will help the Division deliver key quality improvement projects and support the longer term programmes of work associated with the effective running of the Division. Applicants must be motivated, able to work at pace, build relationships and communicate across multi-disciplinary groups.
The applicant must be able to manage and deliver against project timelines across a varied workload and demonstrate project management methodologies and change management principles. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential, as is a positive attitude. This will be a diverse and rewarding role for the successful applicant, working across the breadth of the Divisions services.
