Job summary
The post holder will be the key administration contact for our Imperial College, Physician Associate and elective students.
Main duties of the job
Supporting undergraduate medical students (Years 1,2,3,5 and 6 of MBBS Course) by ensuring the teaching and welfare obligations to Imperial College London are administered to the highest level. The post holder will work closely with the Director of Clinical Studies to organise and administer the curriculum and help foster an atmosphere that is conducive to learning. The post holder is expected to work closely with their colleagues in the Undergraduate Team at the Chelsea site to ensure that processes are aligned and support is available when required.

- Line management of the Undergraduate Assistant.
- Co-ordinate the Imperial College London (ICL) teaching programmes and clinical attachments for medical students. The programmes and clinical attachments are of varying length and start and end at various times throughout the year.
- To fulfil the Trusts contractual and welfare obligations to ICL in the delivery of the clinical curriculum for medical students.
- The post holder is expected to undertake both the medium and long term planning of student teaching for the new academic year.
