We are currently looking to recruit a qualified nurse to join our developing, enthusiastic and dynamic School Nursing team.

Person Specification

Qualifications/Skills/Knowledg

Essential

  • Current NMC Registration
  • Experience of working with Families and Children
  • Experience of delievering Public Health messages and health promotion
  • Knowledged of the Public Health, Social Care and Education agenda


Desirable

  • RSCN/RN (Child Branch)
  • Evidence of post qualification study and professional development
  • Community experience


Skills and Abilities

Essential

  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Good awareness of the role of the School Nursing Service
  • Abilty to work flexibly and under pressure
  • Abilty to work autonimously
  • Demonstrate the understanding of team working
  • Be a car user

  • Relevent post registration studies
