Are you searching for an exciting new opportunity in your HR career?
We are looking for a team of experienced HR professionals to provide a customer-focussed, high quality and responsive HR transformation service for our designated Care Groups and Departments. We have a number of HR Manager Workforce Transformation roles available to work on a fixed term contract basis between one and two years in duration.
As Workforce Transformation HR Manager, you'll lead the way in developing a number of exciting change management strategies and workforce plans to support the hospitals on-going transformation programmes. Some of the exciting projects you may be part of include a new cutting-edge innovative Pathology facility with the very latest in specialist technology to deliver better value, high quality diagnostic and care for patients across the region. Other projects on the horizon include the opening of our new BEACH building where Births, Emergency, And, Critical care, children's Health departments at both Poole and Royal Bournemouth Hospitals will move to this new location.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital

Main duties of the job
You'll provide expert advice and leadership on a range of organisational change programmes which can be highly complex as well as sensitive operational issues. These may include TUPE, changes to terms and conditions of employment and redundancy.
You'll have up-to-date knowledge and proven experience in the application of employment law relating to organisational change matters, or a demonstrable human resources background. Your experience will come from working in HR within a large scale, complex organisation or working within the NHS.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills are a must, together with a Masters or equivalent experience in HR or business related field.

You will be part of a wider HR operational team working closely with our HR Business Advisors and HR Business Partners, as well as partnering with Care Group teams and staff side trade unions. Teams are located on Bournemouth and Poole hospital sites and you will work regularly across both, with the opportunity of hybrid working.
