Job summary
The post holder will work with the Directorate Management Teams, in the development of strategic workforce planning within the Trust. Working with colleagues across the organisation to develop workforce profiles and identifying appropriate workforce models. Ensuring that workforce plans align to NHSi and HEE requirements and other reviews and initiatives within the Health Service.

Main duties of the job
Play a key role in the design and development of workforce solutions to address the workforce challenges in the Organisation, for example new ways of working through different roles and skills.
Ensure that workforce planning monitoring reports are accurate and informative, accompanied by adequate explanation and presented in a manner which is easily understandable for the target audience and related to organisational needs; working with finance colleagues and others corporate and clinical divisions to ensure consistency of data reported.
