An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Strategic Coordinators to join our Digital Strategy and Finance Team within NUH NHS Digital & Information department.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated individual who will be able to create strong working relationships with both internal and external colleagues.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and a proven record of prioritising and delivering accurate results.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting the delivery of a range of projects and be confident interacting with the general public, making introductory phone calls and attending promotional events.

The post holder will be based at the City Hospital campus but might be required to travel between all NUH sites in Nottingham or to other organisations across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Main duties of the job

This role requires an experienced individual who can support the work of senior colleagues and be able to demonstrate adaptability to face changes in priorities and in the workload in general.

Using their own initiative to organise workload within defined deadlines, the successful candidate will be facilitating clear communications to a wide range of individuals.

In undertaking this role, the applicant will be expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times, consistent with and actively supporting the Trust's values which are listed below.

  • Recent significant experience in a similar administration/ business support role.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining administration systems and procedures
