Job summary
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to join our fantastic Human Resources Team at City Health Care Partnership CIC, where we have an excellent supportive team culture and flexible working approach. This vacancy is available on a temporary basis of up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
The HR Advisor role is a valued position at CHCP, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to create good strong working relationships with our operational managers, staff, and staff side representatives. Experience of managing a busy and complex employee relations caseload, including wide scale organisational change, is essential, as is exemplary organisational skills.
A compassionate and people focused individual will fit in well with our existing team and organisational values.
You will be forward thinking, innovative, solution focused and resilient. You will be confident working autonomously using your own initiative and prioritising, whilst recognising the value and importance of collaborative working and being a good team player.
This post is up to 37.5 hours per week. Part time, flexible and hybrid working patterns will be considered.
The successful candidate will be offered a start date to commence in post July 2023.
Main duties of the job
To provide professional HR input to support CHCP CIC in ensuring the delivery of effective HR management and support. The post holder will have a defined portfolio of activity and contribute to the development of the HR strategies, policies and procedures for CHCP CIC and CHCP Group together with independent contractors. This will include a portfolio dealing with a range of employee related issues

- CIPD Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification e.g. BSc Human Resource Management and/or MSc Human Resource Management
- CIPD Associate membership or higher

- Able to demonstrate significant and comprehensive experience in employee relations casework management within an HR environment
