Job summary

Salisbury are seeking to recruit someone to this new and exciting role leading a team of administrators and to be the Trusts eRostering systems expert. The postholder will support the eRoster manager in the delivery of an efficient and effective rostering service across the Trust to all staff groups.

Main duties of the job

This will be a demanding and hugely varied role - maintaining a high profile within all departments as a point of escalation and enjoying working in a team and to develop others. The postholder will manage the team on a day to day basis ensuring they are as effective as possible and with excellent team working skills.

The postholder would be working closely with the project lead for eRoster roll out, being continually aware of project status and providing expert rostering knowledge to aid the smooth transition to areas new to rostering and communicating back to the team and eRoster manager.
