We are currently looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic nurses to join our Orthopaedic Trauma nursing team, previous holders of the trust clinical team of the year for 2020. We are looking for caring and professional individuals with an interest in orthopaedic nursing who can work under pressure and strive to provide the optimum care for patients and relatives in our care.
Main duties of the job
Our registered nurses work as part of a Trauma and Orthopaedic multidisciplinary team to provide innovative and person centred care for all of our patients. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care to achieve the very best in patient outcomes. With mandatory and further specialist area training available to ensure you feel fully prepared and supported as you grow into your new role.

We care for a variety of trauma patients from road traffic collisions to hip fractures due to falls and other causes. The variety of work is sure to keep you enthused and excited about working in this area of nursing
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop one's skills and knowledge in Orthopaedic nursing, this role will be well supported by the senior nurses and clinicians. There is also opportunity to continue to learn and develop extended skills and mentor junior staff.
