Job summary
We are seeking to appoint to a EPR Quality Improvement Manager to will lead on the delivery quality improvement initiatives triggered by the introduction of an EPR, and act as the team's subject matter expert on quality improvement methodologies. Working collaboratively with wards, departments and business units you will champion quality improvement and support everyone at the Trust to maximise the benefit of change.
Main duties of the job
This is an important role within the EPR team and will provide an opportunity to use your skills within a close knit and dynamic team. You will have experience of quality improvement, project management, engagement programmes and working in a change environment. Clinical, operational or administrative experience in an NHS setting would be advantageous, however we are keen to hear from anyone with a passion for improving care and working with teams.
As part of the Trust's commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis. This will be reviewed regularly in line with service requirements. We are actively seeking job-share or those seeking to carry out this role part-time alongside their existing role.

- Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience and training

- Quality improvement, change management or training certification
Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Sound knowledge of current NHS performance and service improvement initiatives and targets.
- Delivery of quality improvement programmes.
- Knowledge of key project management principles and processes.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of models process redesign and change management.
- Understanding of strategic issues currently shaping the NHS.
- Working knowledge of the range of Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
