The CTTs are busy, interesting, and challenging places to work. We hold complex caseloads and our role is valued within a multi disciplinary team framework. We maintain an occupational focus in the team and contribute our unique perspective throughout a person's CTT journey. We contribute to the screening and triage process, formulations and wider complex case discussions.

We are looking for confident, motivated, kind people with excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills, great communication and decision-making skills. People who want to develop their OT practice, advocate for OT and to keep learning and developing so that we can improve our Recovery outcomes.
