We are recruiting for a Cyber Digital Specialist who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Delivering and maintaining the organisation's information security strategy. Key to this will be your ability to provide a variety of assurance approaches against a range of methodologies across multiple projects and programmes. The role represents a great opportunity for someone with Information Security industry experience to come into a top organisation and make a positive impact. The role will be responsible for Digital Information Security within the Trust.

Main duties of the job
You will have Cyber Security skills and experience or be willing to work towards obtaining the necessary skills and experience in areas such as Ethical hacking Penetration testing Risk assessment Technical architecture ISO27001 Incident management
You will be involved in the information security aspects of various projects / programmes, helping to ensure successful delivery in conjunction with other information security specialists and be a point of contact for Cyber Security incident response capability.
Be capable of providing specialist Information Security advice on complex matters.
Act as an escalation point for Information Security risks and issues, provide informed advice on necessary mitigations.
Create, develop and review technical and non-technical requirements for systems, solutions and services from a Cyber Security perspective, ensuring clarity in the understanding of these requirements in appropriate areas of NHS DIGITAL, NHS and Trust programmes and associated suppliers/vendors.
Exhibit a clear understanding of all business requirements for new and developing services and business opportunities.
Oversee creation and delivery of documentation required to support Cyber Security activities.
Own, develop and maintain policies across multiple disciplines, which will impact across health and social care services.
Engagement with external organisations.
